ABOUT NHS

The National Honor Society is an honorary organization that celebrates outstanding students. Members are high school students who not only strive for academic excellence, but also demonstrate qualities reflecting the four cornerstones of NHS:

The 2023-'24 Northwest Rankin chapter of NHS participates in service projects with the school and also with the community as a whole. The organization focuses especially on encouraging whole-club participation, establishing pride in the school and the community through environmental service, and promoting academic achievement.
